7 on / 7 off schedule; typical shifts are 12-hour days and nights, with an additional 8-hour shift on Fridays.
Assignment Details
Position primarily involves non-invasive ventilation and related respiratory therapy functions.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of respiratory therapy experience.
- Community hospital experience required.
- EPIC charting experience required.
- ACLS, BLS, and CRT certifications required.
- State respiratory license required (license must be in hand).
Responsibilities
- Administer non-invasive ventilation, high-flow oxygen therapy, and aerosol therapy.
- Perform ABG draws and analysis.
- Provide pulmonary hygiene and tracheostomy care.
- Manage mechanical ventilation and patient stabilization before transfer.
- Monitor and troubleshoot respiratory equipment and alarms.
Compliance / Notes
Candidates must have no more than 10 days of return-to-office requests. Remote training modules may be required prior to start.
