Assistant General Manager, American Family Field

The opportunity Delaware North Sportservice is seeking an Assistant General Manager to assist with overseeing ballpark operations at American Family Field in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. In this role, you will serve as a key operations leader, responsible for developing and leading high‑performing teams, managing day‑to‑day operational processes, and overseeing budgets and expenses. The Assistant General Manager plays a critical role in delivering exceptional guest experiences while driving operational excellence across all areas of the ballpark. Pay Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $81,900 - $110,600 / year In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role‑based, uncapped sales incentive plan. The advertised pay range represents what we believe at the time of this job posting, that we would be willing to pay for this position.
