Extrusion Operator - Night Shift

Quality Staffing, Inc. is seeking dependable and hardworking Extrusion Operators for a growing manufacturing facility. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment and are looking for a consistent overnight schedule. Payrate is $18+ BOE
Available Shifts

• B Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
• D Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM

This position operates on a rotating 12-hour shift schedule.
Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor extrusion machinery throughout the production process
• Load raw materials into machines as needed
• Inspect finished products for quality, accuracy, and defects
• Make basic machine adjustments to maintain production standards
• Complete required production paperwork and documentation
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies
• Communicate machine issues or quality concerns to the supervisor
• Assist with changeovers, material handling, and other production duties as assigned
• Work efficiently to meet daily production goals

Job Requirements

Qualifications

• Previous extrusion or manufacturing experience is preferred
• Ability to work a 12-hour overnight shift
• Dependable transportation and strong attendance are required
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift throughout the shift
• Comfortable working around machinery in a manufacturing environment
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
• Must have S5 Experience
