Extrusion Operator - Night Shift

Quality Staffing, Inc. is seeking dependable and hardworking Extrusion Operators for a growing manufacturing facility. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment and are looking for a consistent overnight schedule. Payrate is $18+ BOE
Available Shifts

B Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
D Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM

This position operates on a rotating 12-hour shift schedule.
Key Responsibilities

Operate and monitor extrusion machinery throughout the production process
Load raw materials into machines as needed
Inspect finished products for quality, accuracy, and defects
Make basic machine adjustments to maintain production standards
Complete required production paperwork and documentation
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
Follow all safety procedures and company policies
Communicate machine issues or quality concerns to the supervisor
Assist with changeovers, material handling, and other production duties as assigned
Work efficiently to meet daily production goals

Job Requirements

Qualifications

Previous extrusion or manufacturing experience is preferred
Ability to work a 12-hour overnight shift
Dependable transportation and strong attendance are required
Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift throughout the shift
Comfortable working around machinery in a manufacturing environment
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
Must have S5 Experience
