We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team! After training, you will be responsible for processing customers orders by phone, scheduling service calls and other administrative tasks..
Responsibilities:- Handle customer inquiries and orders
- Provide information about the products and services
- Process customer orders
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
- Schedule service calls
Qualifications:
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent computer skills and an ability to work across multiple platforms
