Job Requirements:

• Demonstrate exceptional telephone etiquette and active listening skills
• Demonstrate above average interpersonal, communication and customer service skills with the ability to speak and listen effectively when dealing with customer/associated, both in person and over the phone
• Support office staff to complete miscellaneous tasks as needed
• Professional appearance
• Entry level
