Association for Individual Development
The Association for Individual Development (AID) is seeking a Case Manager Qualified Mental Health Professional Intake for Behavioral Health to provide assessment, intake, counseling, and case management services to clients with persistent mental illness. This role supports adults in our community and works within our DHS/CARF compliant framework. Responsibilities include completing IM+CANS and LOCUS assessments, maintaining documentation, advocating for client rights, and coordinating with #J-18808-Ljbffr Association for Individual Development
