Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health evaluations to diagnose conditions and develop tailored treatment plans that cater to the unique needs of students.

• Document ongoing assessments and treatment plan updates in compliance with organizational guidelines, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy in Electronic Health Record systems.

• Deliver high-quality client service, collaborating with educational staff, families, and other stakeholders to create a supportive network for each student.
\n
• Engage with clients through in-person or virtual sessions, applying evidence-based interventions like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI).

• Maintain a full caseload of clients, completing at least 25 client-facing sessions weekly to ensure comprehensive care and promote student success.
\n
• Participate in regular clinical meetings and trainings to enhance professional development and adapt to evolving best practices in mental health therapy.

• Involve yourself in community outreach initiatives aimed at forming partnerships that enhance service accessibility and awareness.

• Communicate effectively and promptly with the Clinical Director, ensuring transparency and professional conduct in all interactions.

• Support the team dynamic while embracing personal autonomy, creativity, and authenticity in your therapeutic approaches.

This role focuses on serving a diverse range of clients, including individuals, couples, families, and groups within the school system. You will work with students from various backgrounds, each presenting unique challenges and experiences. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related mental health discipline is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 120,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
