Production Operator - 3rd Shift Assembly

$16.25 per hour

Job Description

We are seeking reliable and motivated individuals to join our team as Production Operators – 3rd Shift Assembly . In this role, you will assemble automotive components while maintaining high quality and safety standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

Assemble automotive parts and components according to work instructions.
Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
Operate assembly equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
Meet daily production goals while maintaining quality expectations.
Work effectively as part of a team.

Qualifications

Manufacturing or assembly experience is preferred but not required.
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
Ability to lift up to 35 pounds as needed.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Dependable with excellent attendance.
Must be able to complete 1–2 weeks of training on 1st shift before moving to the 3rd shift schedule.
