We are seeking reliable and motivated individuals to join our team as Production Operators – 3rd Shift Assembly . In this role, you will assemble automotive components while maintaining high quality and safety standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Assemble automotive parts and components according to work instructions.
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
• Operate assembly equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Meet daily production goals while maintaining quality expectations.
• Work effectively as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing or assembly experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds as needed.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Dependable with excellent attendance.
• Must be able to complete 1–2 weeks of training on 1st shift before moving to the 3rd shift schedule.
