Why Join Madeksho Law: A nationally recognized plaintiffs' firm with more than 50 years of litigation excellence Sophisticated, high-stakes cases that challenge and strengthen your litigation skills A culture built on preparation, integrity, and respect for the practice of law Meaningful advocacy on behalf of individuals harmed by corporate negligence A collaborative team of accomplished trial lawyers committed to exceptional results Hybrid flexibility, with in-office time structured around trial schedules and case demands Responsibilities: • Lead complex civil litigation matters from initial case investigation through trial and resolution. • Develop and implement litigation strategy in high-exposure cases involving extensive discovery, expert witnesses, and complex legal issues. • Take and defend depositions of fact witnesses, corporate representatives, and expert witnesses. • Prepare and argue dispositive motions, evidentiary motions, and post-trial motions. • Prepare clients, witnesses, and experts for depositions, testimony, and trial presentation. • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients by providing thoughtful case assessments and strategic guidance throughout the litigation process. • Collaborate closely with experienced trial attorneys and a highly skilled litigation support team. • Travel as needed for depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials throughout California and nationwide. Qualifications: • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school. • Minimum of 5 years of litigation and trial experience. • Active membership in good standing with the California State Bar. • Extensive experience with depositions, motion practice, and trial preparation. • Strong legal research, writing, analytical, and advocacy skills. • Demonstrated ability to manage complex litigation matters with professionalism and sound judgment. • Collaborative approach and a commitment to producing high-quality work. Compensation Range: $165,000 - $185,000, plus growth incentive bonuses Compensation: $165,000 - $185,000 yearly plus growth incentive bonuses

$165,000-$185,000 per year
