Position Details * Role: Apartment Maintenance Technician * Location: Monday- Friday 8 am- 5 pm * Pay: $27/hr * Schedule: Monday- Friday 8 am- 5 pm * Start Date: 8/12/26 * Opportunity Type: Contract‑to‑Hire Responsibilities * Complete work orders efficiently and professionally * Perform general maintenance tasks, including: o Basic plumbing repairs o Electrical troubleshooting o Appliance diagnostics and repair o Carpentry, drywall, and general upkeep * Assist with unit turns and make‑ready preparation * Maintain community grounds, common areas, and amenities * Respond to resident requests with a friendly, professional attitude * Ensure all work meets safety and quality standards Requirements * Previous apartment maintenance experience preferred * Strong knowledge of general maintenance functions * Ability to troubleshoot and complete repairs independently * Reliable, punctual, and detail‑oriented * Strong communication and customer service skills BG Staffing is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
