Entry-Level RecruiterLocation: Canton, OH Area Pay: $22+hourly Schedule: M-F, 8-5 (onsite) Length: Approximately 3-Month AssignmentOur client is seeking a dependable and motivated Recruiter to support hiring efforts in a fast-paced environment. Previous recruiting experience is preferred but not required for candidates with strong communication skills, professionalism, and a willingness to learn.Responsibilities:Source and screen candidates for open positionsConduct initial interviewsCoordinate candidate interviews and communicationsPresent qualified candidates to hiring managersMaintain recruiting records and documentationAssist with background checks and drug screeningsDeliver a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring processQualifications:Recruiting, staffing, HR, customer service, or related experience preferredStrong communication and organizational skillsReliable attendance and professional work habitsBasic computer proficiencyAbility to manage multiple priorities independentlyAdditional Requirements:Background check requiredDrug screening requiredIn-person interview processIf you're organized, people-focused, and ready to support a busy recruiting team, we'd love to hear from you!
