What You’ll Be Doing Leading the team — You’ll provide direct supervision to program staff and make sure services are delivered with excellence. Creating a therapeutic environment — You’ll monitor the milieu to ensure every youth’s treatment plan is supported with care and consistency. Keeping communication flowing — You’ll help departments stay connected and collaborate with outside agencies when needed. Owning documentation & development — You’ll oversee paperwork, support program growth, and help us evolve in meaningful ways. If you’re nodding along, you’re already halfway there.
