What You Bring

• Current BCBA certification and PA Behavior Specialist License
• Master's degree in Applied Behavioral Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or related field
• Strong knowledge of ABA principles and excellent communication skills
• Valid driver's license and ability to meet physical requirements (with or without accommodation)
• Proficiency with computers and experience in Electronic Health Records

Your Role

• Provide ABA services to children ages 3–12 in home, school, and community settings
• Conduct functional analyses and skills-based assessments
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Deliver parent training and support
• Supervise ABA Behavioral Health Technicians (ABA-BHTs) and ensure quality implementation
• Contribute to the development and delivery of ABA training programs for staff
• Maintain ethical, effective services aligned with best practices and regulatory standards
