Radiation Therapist

Location: Lubbock, TX
Contract Duration: 13 Weeks
Schedule: Day Shift | 5x8 Hours
Hours: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM | 40 Hours/Week

Weekly Gross: $2,500 – $2,800, based on experience

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Radiation Therapist to provide safe and accurate radiation therapy services primarily to adult patients. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical skills, attention to patient safety, and the ability to work collaboratively with physicians and the broader healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide radiation therapy services primarily to adult patients.
• Perform radiation therapy procedures safely and accurately according to established protocols.
• Prioritize patient safety and maintain high-quality standards throughout treatment.
• Follow infection prevention and control practices.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to support patient care.
• Manage an average patient workload of approximately 20 patients per Radiation Therapist .
• Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation.
• Follow established clinical, safety, and operational procedures.
• Communicate effectively with patients and members of the healthcare team.

Requirements

• Current Texas Radiation Therapist License – Required.
• Previous Radiation Therapist experience preferred.
• Ability to work 40 hours per week on a day-shift schedule.
• Comfortable providing care primarily to adult patients.
• Must successfully complete all applicable credentialing requirements.
• No on-call requirement.
• No weekend requirement.
• No floating requirement.
• 48-hour workweeks are not approved .
• First-time travelers to Texas are welcome to apply.
