Momentum Senior Living is seeking a Regional Director of Human Resources to partner with our CHRO in supporting our Assisted Living and Memory Care communities across Southern California. This newly created role requires coaching leaders, solving employee relations challenges, and strengthening HR operations while traveling between states. You’ll spend 50–75% of your time traveling to partner with Executive Directors, HR Directors, and department leaders to provide hands-on HR support and build #J-18808-Ljbffr Momentum Senior Living LLC
