Lucille's Mountain Top Inn & Spa is a well-established full service  Day Spa dedicated to providing exceptional massage therapy services to  our clients. We believe in the power of therapeutic touch to promote  relaxation, alleviate stress, and enhance overall well-being. As an  independent contractor with us, you'll have the opportunity to showcase  your expertise in a supportive and professional environment.  We are  currently seeking a skilled and licensed Massage Therapist to join our  team as an independent contractor. The ideal candidate will be  passionate about helping clients achieve their wellness goals through  customized massage treatments.

We provide treatment room, all supplies, linens, and scheduling services; paid as 1099 contractor.
Georgia license and personal liability insurance REQUIRED . Must add our company and location to your existing policy.

Salary : $54.00 - $85.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Our Day Spa is open 7 days a week, 10am-5pm

• The ideal candidate would be available to work weekends, as this is our busiest time of the week.

Supplemental pay types:

• All Cash/Credit Card Gratuities

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality massage therapy services to clients based on their individual needs and preferences.
• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' medical histories and conditions to determine the most appropriate massage techniques.
• Communicate effectively with clients to ensure their comfort and satisfaction throughout the massage session.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client consultations.
• Adhere to all relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards governing the practice of massage therapy.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment in the treatment room.
• Educate clients about the benefits of regular massage therapy and recommend appropriate self-care techniques.
• Wash/Dry/Fold Spa Laundry in between clients.

Required Skills

• Valid state license or certification as a Massage Therapist.
• Proven experience in performing various massage techniques, including Swedish, deep tissue, sports, and prenatal massage.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Excellent communication and listening skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends, to accommodate client schedules.

Experience:

• Massage Therapists: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:
