Registered Nurse - Night Shift

Registered Nurse (RN) – Night Shift (Skilled Nursing & Long-Term Care)

Pay: Up to $45/hour (base) + up to $15/hour in eligible shift differentials

Bonus: $5,000 sign-on bonus (full-time)

Schedule: Full-time, Part-time, Per Diem

Shift: Night Shift (Overnights)

Requirements

Active Maine Registered Nurse (RN) license (required)
Associate Degree in Nursing (required); BSN preferred
1+ year experience preferred (acute or long-term care)
New grads welcome with strong clinical training
Strong assessment, critical thinking, and documentation skills
Ability to work independently and prioritize overnight needs

Key Responsibilities

Provide direct nursing care during overnight hours
Monitor residents and respond to changes in condition
Administer medications and treatments
Ensure a safe, calm, and comfortable environment for residents
Supervise LPNs and CNAs on night shift
Maintain accurate EMR documentation
Communicate effectively with day shift for continuity of care
Support geriatric, dementia, and rehabilitation services
