We are working on behalf of a client seeking a skilled Mechanical Designer (Creo) in Nashua, NH. Bring your expertise in Creo Parametric to a fast-paced design team focused on high-bandwidth electrical connectors used in telecom, data centers, and networking equipment. Your work will directly influence the development of products that support the digital infrastructure of tomorrow.

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Engineering, CAD, or a related field
• 3-4 years of hands-on Creo Parametric experience, ideally with versions 4 through 8
• Strong modeling skills for complex parts and assemblies, including advanced features, surfacing, and top-down design
• Expertise in creating and managing detailed drawings following ANSI and ASME standards
• Basic understanding of manufacturing processes such as stamping, molding, and plating is a plus
• Familiarity with Windchill PDMLink (versions 11 or 12) and Windows 10 a plus
• Proficient in MS Office applications and able to work independently within a team

Main Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product development engineers to translate concepts into accurate CAD models for high-speed connectors
• Apply best modeling practices to expand design concepts into product families, enabling reuse and streamlined updates
• Develop detailed CAD drawings of components and assembled products, ensuring accuracy and clarity
• Participate in design reviews and interface with cross-disciplinary teams including Mechanical, Development, Signal Integrity, and Process engineering
• Maintain documentation and ensure design compliance with industry standards and specifications
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within the design process
