Join us and help shape the future of aerospace and defense.What You Will Do The Manager, HR Employee Partner will have responsibility for the execution of HR processes and activities to support designated customer groupsModels Employee Advocacy behavior and serves as a trusted advisor to front, mid-level leaders, senior leaders and employees. Serves as a partner focusing on brokering solutions to business problemsInvestigates and resolves Employee Relations issues and complaints and Ethics-related case investigations. Focuses on maintaining a positive employee relations environment and cultureModels consistent application of Raytheon HR policies to mitigate risk and ensure fair solutionsExecutes critical HR processes, including compensation, performance management and talent acquisitionCollaborates with Center of Excellence PartnersDrives Talent Management strategies to include workforce planning, succession planning, knowledge transfer and high-potential developmentCommunicate and implement proactive strategies pertaining to employee relations, training, leadership development, employee communications in support of strategic objectivesQualifications You Must Have Typically requires: A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years of prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experienceExperience in handling employee relations issuesExperience leading HR related programs such as Compensation, Performance Management, and Succession planningQualifications We PreferExcellent interpersonal and communication skills including the ability to build relationships with a broad range of styles at all levels, clearly and articulately present ideas, and influence decision-makingStrong business acumen and business perspectiveAbility to think strategically and execute tacticallyDemonstrated integrity and strong judgmentInterpret and consistently apply HR policies to mitigate risk and ensure fair solutionsWhat We OfferOur values drive our actions, behaviors, and performance with a vision for a safer, more connected world. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
