Grand Prix Subaru is Hiring Automotive Sales Professionals!

Grand Prix Subaru, a proud member of the VIP Automotive Group , is looking for motivated, professional, and customer-focused Automotive Sales Professionals / Sales Consultants to join our growing team in Hicksville, NY.

Whether you are an experienced Car Salesperson, Automotive Sales Consultant, Auto Sales Professional , or have a successful background in retail sales, customer service, or business development , we are interested in speaking with you.

Total annual earning potential includes commission, bonuses, and incentives.

Your success is driven by your ability to build relationships, understand customer needs, present the right vehicle, and provide an exceptional dealership experience.

???? Automotive Sales Professional Responsibilities

Greet and professionally assist customers throughout the automotive sales process .
Build strong, long-term relationships with customers and provide exceptional customer service.
Determine customer needs and recommend appropriate new and pre-owned vehicles .
Conduct vehicle presentations and product demonstrations.
Perform vehicle walk-arounds and explain vehicle features, technology, options, and benefits.
Conduct test drives and effectively communicate vehicle value.
Respond to internet, phone, showroom, and referral leads.
Make outbound calls and follow up with prospective and existing customers.
Maintain consistent follow-up throughout the automotive sales process .
Develop and maintain a strong customer database.
Utilize dealership CRM and sales tools to track leads, appointments, follow-ups, and customer activity.
Schedule and confirm appointments.
Work closely with Sales Management, BDC, Finance, and Service departments to deliver a seamless customer experience.
Assist customers with trade-ins, vehicle purchases, and lease options .
Stay current on Subaru products, technology, incentives, financing and leasing programs.
Meet or exceed dealership sales and customer service objectives.
Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude.
Follow dealership policies, procedures, and compliance standards.

We are looking for motivated Automotive Sales Professionals who are driven to succeed and committed to providing an outstanding customer experience.

Preferred Qualifications

Previous automotive sales experience preferred
Automotive Sales Consultant / Car Salesperson experience a plus
Retail sales experience strongly considered
Customer service, hospitality, business development, or BDC experience a plus
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent follow-up skills
Ability to build lasting customer relationships
Strong negotiation and presentation skills
Self-motivated and goal-oriented
Professional appearance and communication
Strong computer and CRM skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced dealership environment
Ability to work effectively as part of a sales team
Bilingual candidates are a plus

No Automotive Experience?
