Job Description
Coordinate daily administrative tasks to support business operations. Assist in managing communications and schedules for the department. Organize and maintain records, reports, and other essential documentation. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate delivery of tasks. Provide support for meetings, including preparation and follow-up activities. Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and suggest solutions.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Business Coordinator should have: Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Experience with administrative and secretarial responsibilities. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in commonly used office software and tools. Ability to handle confidential information responsibly. A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
