Key Responsibilities: As an Informatica Development Lead, you will lead the design, development, and support of enterprise data integration solutions using Informatica technologies. You will provide technical leadership, drive best practices, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure the delivery of scalable, high-quality data solutions. Lead the design, development, and deployment of Informatica ETL/data integration solutions. Collaborate with business, architecture, and application teams to deliver end-to-end data solutions. Drive technical decisions, code reviews, performance tuning, and adherence to development standards. Analyze complex data integration challenges and implement scalable, reliable solutions. Support continuous improvement through process optimization, automation, and modernization initiatives. Provide production support guidance, troubleshoot critical issues, and ensure operational stability. Mentor and coach development teams, fostering technical excellence and knowledge sharing. This is a hybrid role with required 3 days a week on-site in Charlotte, NC. Basic Qualifications: A minimum of 5 years of experience with Informatica PowerCenter/IICS Development and Administration A minimum of 5 years of experience with Data Integration A minimum of 5 years of experience with ETL design A minimum of 5 years of experience with performance optimization and software engineering Bachelor's Degree Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
