Equipment Operator

The Equipment Operator is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of heavy machinery on active job sites. This position supports excavation, grading, and site preparation activities, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and maintaining equipment in top operating condition to support daily field operations. Key Responsibilities Operate heavy equipment for excavation, grading, and utility installation. Perform daily equipment inspections and maintenance. Follow safety protocols and site procedures. Support field operations as needed. Report mechanical issues promptly. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. 2+ years of experience operating construction equipment. Knowledge of machine operation, maintenance, and safety. Valid operator certification (as required by equipment type). Experience with GPS-guided equipment.
