Sr. Manager, Finance Apps (O2C Loaner) Job ID: 10023269 | Location: United States of America Job Overview This role provides leadership for enterprise finance applications supporting the Order‑to‑Cash (O2C) Loaner process within DePuy Synthes. The Sr. Manager will partner across Finance, Commercial, Supply Chain, and Technology teams to deliver scalable, compliant, and efficient solutions that enable accurate billing, revenue recognition, and inventory tracking for loaner assets. This is a highly visible role within the DePuy Synthes Technology Organization with direct impact on business performance, helping modernize core financial processes and improve data quality to support decision‑making. Key Responsibilities Lead the strategy, delivery, and ongoing support of enterprise finance applications aligned to Order‑to‑Cash (O2C) Loaner processes. Oversee systems supporting billing, invoicing, accounts receivable, collections, and revenue processes to ensure accuracy and compliance. Partner with Finance, Commercial, Supply Chain, and IT stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable technology solutions. Drive continuous improvement of financial systems, data quality, and reporting to enable timely and accurate decision‑making. Ensure alignment to regulatory and internal control requirements across financial reporting and transaction processing. Lead system implementation, enhancement, and integration efforts across ERP and connected platforms (e.g., order management, billing, and receivables systems). Manage relationships with cross‑functional partners and vendors, including service level agreements and performance metrics. Develop and mentor a team of technology and functional experts, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous learning. Contribute to enterprise transformation initiatives, including standardization of O2C processes and system harmonization.
