Clinical Nutrition Manager

The Savoy at Fort Lauderdale Rehabilitation & Nursing Center is seeking a knowledgeable and dedicated Clinical Nutrition Manager to oversee all aspects of clinical nutrition services within our skilled nursing facility. This role is responsible for ensuring residents receive high-quality, personalized nutrition care while maintaining compliance with all regulatory standards.

• Oversee and manage the clinical nutrition program for all residents
• Conduct comprehensive nutritional assessments and develop individualized care plans
• Monitor residents’ nutritional status and adjust interventions as needed
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary teams
• Ensure compliance with federal, state (Florida), and local regulations , including AHCA and CMS guidelines
• Supervise dietary staff and provide training and education as needed
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation in accordance with regulatory standards
• Participate in care plan meetings and quality assurance initiatives
• Oversee therapeutic diets and ensure proper implementation
• Support infection control and sanitation standards within the dietary department

• Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) with active registration through the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) (required)
• Licensed Dietitian/Nutritionist in the state of Florida (required)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a healthcare or long-term care setting preferred
• Strong knowledge of AHCA regulations , CMS guidelines, and dietary compliance standards
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
