About the Opportunity
A well-established and growing manufacturing company is seeking an experienced Plant Manager to lead operations at its facility in Lawrenceville, Georgia. This is a confidential search for a hands-on leader with deep expertise in fabrication, welding, and assembly within an ISO 9001-certified environment. This role offers an excellent opportunity to make a significant impact, with relocation assistance available for the right candidate.
What You’ll Do
- Lead all plant operations including fabrication, welding, and assembly
- Oversee customer-driven design and development in collaboration with the internal engineering team
- Ensure smooth transition from design to production while meeting customer expectations
- Drive production performance, quality, and operational efficiency
- Maintain and enhance ISO 9001 compliance and continuous improvement initiatives
- Develop and mentor a high-performing team
- Partner with engineering, supply chain, and quality teams
- Lead ERP system implementation and optimization
- Identify and execute process improvements and cost-saving initiatives
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards
What We’re Looking For
- 15+ years of experience at the Plant Manager level in a manufacturing environment
- Extensive experience in ISO 9001-certified operations
- Strong background in fabrication, welding, and assembly
- Proven leadership managing full plant operations
- Experience implementing and improving ERP systems
- Experience working closely with engineering on product design and development
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
