• Hourly Pay Rate: $1.00

What You'll Do:

• Provide comprehensive neonatal care in a 32-bed Level III NICU.
• Manage care for infants from a busy nursery supporting 4,000+ deliveries annually.
• Collaborate with a team of 2 Neonatologists and 2 Neonatal Nurse Practitioners.
• Perform neonatal procedures and support clinical excellence.
• Participate in mentorship, especially for new graduates, and contribute to a team-oriented environment.
• Support night coverage through home-based calls with 24/7 in-house NNPs for backup.
• Ensure high-quality, compassionate neonatal care aligned with established standards.

What You Need:

• Valid medical license in Kentucky (or ability to obtain).
• Board Certification or Eligibility in Neonatology.
• Recent graduates encouraged to apply!
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
• Commitment to providing top-tier neonatal care.
