Business Analyst

Assist supply chain and logistics to move, track and trace material from suppliers to the manufacturing facility to meet desired delivery date and time. Payrate: $22.00 - $23.00/hr. Position’s Contributions to Work Group: Assist supply chain and logistics to move, track and trace material from suppliers to the manufacturing facility to meet desired delivery date and time. Typical task breakdown: Analyze and track inbound transportation. Work with carriers to resolve issues. Work with reporting in SAP and other applications Education & Experience Required: Years of experience: 0-2 years of experience Degree requirement: Bachelor's degree in supply chain or related field. Additional Technical Skills: Needs to have excellent skills in Excel and data mining. Data analytics Problem solving Experience with ERP system preferred (SAP) Soft Skills: Good communication skills. Will need to communicate with other functions within Caterpillar, suppliers, and carriers. Analytical Skills Able to work independently Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $22.00 - $23.00/hr . Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience.
