Accounts Payable Specialist - Construction

Overview Accounts Payable Specialist Vaco has partnered with a leading construction company to hire a full-cycle Accounts Payable Specialist. In this hands-on role, you’ll manage all AP responsibilities as the sole AP professional, giving you full ownership of the process and the chance to make a real impact. What You’ll Do Handle all aspects of accounts payable, from invoice processing to payment Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies Collaborate with project and finance teams to ensure accurate payments Maintain AP records and assist with month-end close What We’re Looking For 2–3+ years of AP experience Great Plains (Dynamics GP) experience Background in construction accounting Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual’s skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs.
