Desired Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a paraprofessional or in a classroom support role is strongly preferred

- Patience, reliability, and a collaborative mindset
- High school diploma or GED required; additional education or certifications related to education or special needs support are a plus
Key Responsibilities:
- Support instruction and reinforce learning concepts as directed by certified teaching staff
- Assist with classroom organization, behavior management, and individual student needs
- Provide one-on-one or small group support to ensure student engagement and comprehension
- Foster an inclusive, respectful, and nurturing atmosphere
- Help with preparation of materials and day-to-day classroom activities
- Supervise students during non-instructional times such as lunch or recess
