Overview
Registered Nurse – Oncology travel assignment in Ukiah, CA. Start date 11/09/2026 for 13 weeks. Weekly pay range $2,019–$2,147 with 36 guaranteed hours per week. Shift: 4x10s, day shift. Responsibilities
- Deliver coordinated nursing care to oncology outpatients in a clinic setting, following established standards of care and the nursing process.
- Collect relevant data, analyze assessments, and develop a care plan to address patient needs; coordinate care with multidisciplinary team members.
- Prepare patient, room, and equipment for procedures and assist the physician with minor procedures; perform delegated procedures as directed.
- Supervise and direct assigned nursing staff as appropriate; participate in discharge planning to ensure continuity of care.
- Educate patients and families, provide relevant health information, and promote a safe, healing, and supportive environment.
- Document care and interventions in the EPIC EMR; maintain accurate, timely records and ensure data integrity.

Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse license in the state of practice (California)
- BSN preferred
- Oncology certification required: ONC/ONCC-CHIM and Oncology Nursing Society (ONS) certification recommended
- 2–3 years of recent oncology/outpatient nursing experience
- Current CPR/BLS certification from an approved vendor
- EPIC EMR experience required
- Ability to work in an outpatient clinic setting; day shift with rotating schedule
