HealthTrust Workforce Solutions HCA is seeking a travel nurse RN Labor and Delivery for a travel nursing job in Loxahatchee, Florida. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Labor and Delivery Discipline: RN Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, nights Employment Type: Travel shift : 7:00PM - 7:00AM / 13 weeks Position - Travel - RN - L&D (707) - HCA Florida Palms West - 7:00PM - 7:00AM (1025069) Must have : candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role. · BLS, ACLS, NRP & Intermediate AWHONN PRIOR to submission · Fetal Monitoring / ADVANED AWHONN IS NOT ACCEPTABLE Preferred or nice to have : candidates with these skills will be considered first. · Same as above · 2 years current acute care L&D experience List typical procedures performed on unit(s): · Monitor both mother and baby, pre and post birth, physicals, diagnostics, perform tests on newborns, epidurals, detailed record keeping · Assesses plans and evaluates patient care needs, follows physician orders, administers medications, monitor vital signs, instructs and educates patients/families Best personality Fit: · Critical thinker, emotional empathy and stability, excellent communication skills · Nonjudgmental, ability to multi-task, used to being around traumatized family members Hi!
