- Conduct needs-based consultations with prospective clients
- Educate consumers on supplemental health and voluntary benefit products
- Present coverage solutions based on licensing and carrier appointments
- Assist with applications, enrollments, and policy servicing
- Maintain accurate records within company-approved systems
- Follow carrier, state, federal, HIPAA, and company compliance requirements
- Participate in training and ongoing product education
- Qualified leads provided with high-intent prospects
- No traditional cold calling required
- Flexible work environment with remote opportunities available
- CRM tools and dashboards to support performance tracking
- Access to supplemental health and voluntary benefit products
- Ongoing training, sales support, and product education
- Opportunities to expand into additional states and markets
- Active Health Insurance Producer License preferred
- Unlicensed candidates willing and able to obtain the required license may be considered
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to explain insurance concepts clearly and professionally
- Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently
- Comfortable using CRM, enrollment, and communication technology
- Previous insurance sales experience preferred, but not required
- Flexible remote opportunities available
- Optional in-person collaboration, coaching, and development at our Boca Raton office
- Office located near I-95 between Yamato Road and Clint Moore Road
- Support structure designed to help agents improve performance and grow their business
