Thoroughly understand and follow all underwriting, rating, and compliance requirements. Requirements Excellent listening and closing skills. Ability to create relationships from a cold start. Confident, self-starter who works well independently. Works well with others and maintains a positive attitude. Interest in a sales career; sales experience preferred but not required. Willing to obtain a Property & Casualty insurance license prior to start date. Bilingual in English and Spanish is beneficial.
