The Money

$18.00 an hour base, W2. That is $720 a week before you write a single policy. Training is paid at the same rate.

$100 in your pocket for every enrollment you complete. Every one. No cap, ever.

The floor on this team is four sales a day. That is the standard, not the goal.

The agents running at average are doing about seven a day.

Four a day is $2,000 a week in commission. With base, that is $2,720 a week.

Seven a day is $3,500 a week in commission. With base, that is $4,220 a week.

Bonuses and spiffs running all day long, on top of all of it.

You never pay for a lead. The company carries one of the biggest lead budgets in the industry and buys every single one.

W2, not 1099. You are an employee. Taxes come out of your check. You are not a contractor buying your own leads and chasing your own money.

The ceiling is wherever you decide to stop.

The Floor

This is not a call center. It is a brand new 13,000 square foot Class A building with a cafeteria, a game room, and food catered to your desk every single day.

Three years ago this company was one person in a 20 foot office. Today it is a full floor and it is still growing fast. In three years, three people have left. Three. Nobody leaves a place where they are winning.

The team here is tight. Everybody eats together, everybody knows everybody else's numbers, and everybody pushes each other all day. It is a real community and it is an intense one. The people who do well here are the ones who want to be around other people chasing the exact same thing they are.

The company is filling 25 seats before October and promotes from inside as it grows. Get in now and grow with it.

The Job

No cold calling. Ever. Every call is an inbound lead from somebody who already raised their hand and got pre screened before it hits your phone. Your job is to walk them through their options and close the enrollment on a compliant process.

You get paid training, proven scripts that already work, and a full floor of people doing the same thing next to you. Insurance sales experience is not required. A degree is not required. If you hold the license and you can talk to people all day, everything else is trainable.

What You Need

An active Florida 2-40 or 2-15 insurance license.

No active appointments with any Medicare carrier, or a full release from your previous upline.

Ability to commute to the Deerfield Beach office every day.

Availability Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM to 7:00 PM.

The drive to hit four enrollments a day and the competitiveness to want more than that.

Strong communication skills and comfort talking to people all day long.

Zero to two years of experience is fine. Training is provided.

This is a full time, in person role in Deerfield Beach, Florida, Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM to 7:00 PM.
