Compensation: $$500 Cash Draw for the first 2 weeks for training and Skill building then Commission Only – Uncapped Earning Potential-Highest Commission structure !!!!!

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals and families in enrolling in ACA Marketplace health insurance plans
• Educate clients on coverage options and available subsidies
• Build lasting relationships through exceptional customer service
• Follow up with prospects and existing clients
• Meet or exceed personal sales goals while maintaining compliance

Qualifications

• Active Health Insurance License (required or willing to obtain before employment)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
• Professional attitude and positive mindset
• Previous insurance or sales experience is preferred but not required—we’re willing to train the right person.
