Key Details Location: Boca Raton, FL $20/hr + Commission Responsibilities Handle inbound sales opportunities with prospective Medicare members Educate clients on Medicare Plan options Conduct needs-based consultations to recommend appropriate coverage solutions Complete enrollments accurately and in compliance with CMS and carrier guidelines Maintain detailed and accurate records in CRM and enrollment systems Meet or exceed sales, productivity, and quality performance goals Qualifications Active Health Insurance License in resident state (additional non-resident licenses a plus) Current AHIP certification preferred Prior Medicare sales experience preferred Strong communication and closing skills Professionalism and attention to detail Compensation & Benefits Competitive base pay plus commission Performance bonuses and incentives Career advancement opportunities Why work Through Slate Professional Resources?
