Licensed Health Insurance Sales Agent – Inbound Leads – High Income Potential OPEN ENROLLMENT IS COMING — WE ARE BUILDING OUR SALES TEAM NOW.

We are an established, growing health insurance agency looking for experienced, licensed insurance agents who know how to sell, know how to close, and want an opportunity to earn serious money.

This is not an entry-level call center position.

We are specifically looking for professional, self-sufficient salespeople who can take a qualified inbound opportunity, follow a proven sales process, stay compliant, and CLOSE.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

You should apply if you:

• Hold an active health insurance license
  
  
• Have insurance or high-volume phone sales experience

• Are confident speaking with consumers on the phone

• Know how to ask for the sale and overcome objections

• Can work independently without needing constant supervision

• Are comfortable using a CRM and basic computer systems

• Are dependable and show up ready to work

• Can follow scripts, disclosures, and compliance requirements exactly

• Understand that strong sales numbers never justify cutting corners

• Want to be surrounded by other serious producers
