Serve as an integral member of the clinical team, responsible for direct implementation of skill‑building and care plans. Record session data accurately using electronic devices. Foster a positive learning environment and connect with families. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Willingness to learn and passion for making a difference for children with autism. Patience, compassion, and the ability to remain calm in challenging situations. RBT certification required before employment. Need to Know Services will be provided in clients’ homes or community‑based locations. All positions start as part‑time.
