Together, we're redefining what it means to manage properties with care and purpose.Your Role as Senior Maintenance Technician:You'll be responsible for larger renovation projects, higher-value turnovers, and the kinds of repairs that need more than a quick fix. You'll work closely with the Project Manager and Property Managers to make sure capital improvements and larger unit turns go smoothly, stay on budget, and meet our standards. This role is ideal for someone who knows their way around tools, can take the lead on big unit turns and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves to get a job done right. We embrace technology to streamline operations, so if you're comfortable using maintenance software, digital tools, and apps to track work orders, manage schedules, and boost efficiency, you'll thrive in this role.Your day-to-day will include:Establish and execute the scope of work for larger unit turns in coordination with the Project ManagerTackling large scale unit turns over $5,000 (we're talking full refreshes, not just touch-ups)Work with your team to complete capital improvement projects, while leaning on vendors as needed.
