Medical Lab Technician Key Responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of laboratory tests and procedures with high accuracy and attention to detail.

• Ensure adherence to quality control and quality assurance standards.
• Maintain and troubleshoot laboratory equipment to ensure optimal functioning.

Medical Lab Technician Qualifications:

• Medical Technologist (MLT/MT) degree from an accredited university.
• ASCP Certification required.
• Open to both new graduates and experienced MLTs.
• Previous hospital or clinical experience is a plus.
• Proficiency in performing a broad range of laboratory tests and procedures.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills to effectively collaborate with healthcare teams.
