Qualifications:

• Active Minnesota Speech-Language Pathologist license required
• Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
• Prior experience in school-based SLP roles strongly preferred
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to create individualized treatment plans and work effectively with students, families, and multidisciplinary school teams

What You'll Do:

• Assess, diagnose, and develop personalized therapy plans for students with speech, language, and communication challenges
• Deliver direct and consultative services in accordance with IEP goals
• Document progress, maintain compliance with state and federal requirements
