Responsibilities Assemble interview packets, onboarding materials, and new hire documentation. Support new hire orientation and onboarding activities. Welcome and assist new hires and visitors at the front desk. Utilize the organization's badging system to create and print employee badges. Enter and maintain employee training records with a high degree of accuracy. Assist with data entry, reporting, and updates within the HRIS system. Coordinate a variety of HR administrative tasks and special projects as assigned. Help maintain common office areas and employee amenities, including stocking and organizing supplies. Provide general support to the HR team and quickly adapt to changing priorities. Step into new tasks as needed and contribute wherever support is required. Qualifications Previous experience in an HR Coordinator, Administrative Assistant, Office Coordinator, Recruiting Coordinator, or similar support role. Strong computer skills and confidence learning new systems and technology. Comfortable navigating HRIS platforms, databases, and data entry tools. Ability to work independently and gather information with limited direction. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Professional communication skills and a customer-service mindset.
