This full-time assignment runs from late August 2026 through early June 2027, serving students across elementary to high school levels in a highly supportive Setting 4 environment. Your expertise will help shape educational outcomes for learners requiring the highest level of behavioral and academic support.

Key Qualifications:

• Valid Minnesota Special Education Teacher license (Tier 3 or Tier 4 required)
• Previous experience with Setting 4 caseloads or equivalent highly preferred
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams
• Strong behavioral and academic intervention skills
• Dedication to individualized instruction, IEP development, and continuous student advocacy
• Willingness to engage with students exhibiting the most significant disabilities and behavior challenges

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver differentiated instruction to students with severe and complex educational needs
• Collaborate with support staff, related service providers, and families to ensure comprehensive care
• Develop, implement, and track IEP goals and behavioral intervention plans
• Facilitate a safe, structured learning environment that fosters growth and positive outcomes
• Contribute to ongoing assessment, progress monitoring, and data-driven decision making
• Support transitions for students across elementary, middle, and high school levels as needed
