Job Description

Direct and manage all onsite construction activities
Coordinate field teams, subcontractors, and vendors
Oversee project safety, quality, and schedule performance
Review plans and specifications to ensure project compliance
Conduct progress meetings with project stakeholders
Manage inspections and regulatory requirements
Resolve field conflicts and maintain project momentum
Support project turnover and closeout processes

A successful Construction Superintendent should have:

7+ years of Superintendent experience
Experience overseeing healthcare, commercial, or multifamily projects
Strong understanding of building systems and construction sequencing
Proven leadership and team management skills
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
OSHA certification required or preferred
Excellent communication and decision-making abilities
