Construction Superintendent

The Successful Applicant A successful Construction Superintendent should have:
- 7+ years of Superintendent experience
- Experience overseeing healthcare, commercial, or multifamily projects
- Strong understanding of building systems and construction sequencing
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
- OSHA certification required or preferred
- Excellent communication and decision-making abilities
- Competitive salary range of $110,000 to $140,000 USD annually.
