An established private practice just20 minutes from Richmond in New Kent, VA, is seeking a positive, compassionate Optometrist. Position Details Flexibility to work 2-5 days per week Modern office with state-of-the-art technology (autorefractor, OCT w/ anterior seg, Optomap, topographer w/ gland imaging, Visual Field) Two full exams per hour, with follow-ups and occasional emergency visits Supported by skilled techs for patient work‑ups and special testing Patient care Monday-Friday, with no evenings or weekends Ownership opportunities for the right OD Relocation bonus for candidates moving 50+ miles Pay and Benefits Compensation: 17% of collections OR salary/production-based pay – full‑time base not below $155K, total package $160K–$200K+ 401k with 4% match PTO and paid holidays Health care stipend (for full‑time) Paid malpractice, AOA & VOA dues, and license reimbursement Continuing education allowance Local gym membership Student loan repayment assistance Requirements Licensed Optometrist Out-going, approachable, and able to make patients feel comfortable Eager to help people and committed to quality patient care #J-18808-Ljbffr Eyetastic Services
