Population: Service area is +/- 95,000 (rural communities and small cities)

Reason for Job Opening:Looking to add MD for partnership track and eventual retirement of current practice owner.

If Physician is retiring, how much longer will Physician Work:owner would like to be retired in <4 years, ideally.

Experience Requirement:Ideal candidate will be surgically confident and comfortable with cataract surgery

Partnership Opportunity:YES - this is the primary goal.

Target Compensation:$400-$450k

Bonus Opportunity: 35% incentive for net collections exceeding 2.5x base salary

Retirement Program: 401k (3% employer contribution)

Other Benefits: Health/Dental insurance for family, HSA plan, Life insurance, short term disability, long term disability, malpractice/liability insurance, $5k continuing ed reimbursements available annually

Relocation: $10-15k for either signing bonus or relocation expenses

Vacation/PTO: 4 weeks paid for first year, 5 weeks paid in second year

Current patient volume: +/- 11,000 pt visits/yr, +/- 1000 cataract surgeries/yr
