Marketing Specialist

Robert Half is actively partnering with an Austin-based client to identify a Marketing Specialist (contract). In this role, you will support digital marketing initiatives, audience engagement efforts, brand awareness campaigns, and strategic business growth objectives. This role will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns, manage digital communications, support events and promotions, and help drive engagement across multiple channels. This role is onsite in Austin, Tx. Key ResponsibilitiesManage and update website content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and engagementExecute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, audience communications, and promotional initiativesDevelop and maintain audience segments to support targeted marketing effortsMonitor campaign performance and leverage analytics to improve engagement and effectivenessSupport ongoing enhancements to digital communication and customer engagement strategiesCollaborate with internal teams to develop and execute marketing strategies that support organizational goalsCreate and manage campaigns that promote products, services, programs, events, and strategic initiativesDevelop marketing content and collateral across email, web, social media, and sales channelsTrack campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve awareness, engagement, and conversion ratesSupport marketing initiatives for events, webinars, conferences, and promotional programsDevelop promotional materials, marketing toolkits, and campaign assets for internal and external stakeholdersCoordinate campaign schedules and project timelines to ensure timely execution of marketing initiativesDesign engaging marketing materials and digital assets that align with brand standardsMaintain consistency across all marketing communications and customer-facing materialsDevelop and manage templates, brand resources, and creative assetsCollaborate with vendors, partners, and stakeholders to support promotional and marketing activitiesContribute ideas and recommendations to strengthen brand awareness, audience engagement, and marketing effectivenessSupport additional marketing projects and initiatives as needed
