Second Generation Insurance Agency specializing in Personal Lines Insurance looking for a career-minded associate to join our close-knit professional team.
Career Opportunity:
Personal Lines Licensed Customer Service Rep
• License preferred
• Insurance experience preferred
• Supportive training provided
• Starting pay: $28-$34/Hr
• Full Time: 40 hours
• Office Hours: 9am-5pm Monday - Friday
• Sign on bonus
Skills Required:
• Proficient in Microsoft Office & Adobe Acrobat
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent problem-solving & collaboration skills
• Strong organization skills & detail oriented
• Adapt and work well in a fast pace environment
• Ability to multi-task & prioritize
Responsibilities:
• Greet walk in clients and answer phone inquiries
• Resolve client's concerns and issues effectively & efficiently
• Review and recommend insurance coverages for clients
• Maintain complete and accurate files in our agency management system
• Process quotations, binders and endorsements for all client business
