This role is a key part of the organization, responsible for providing exceptional service to clients by managing personal lines accounts, including home, auto, and umbrella insurance policies. Compensation Package
- Salary Range : $40,000 - $70,000 (commensurate with experience)
- Incentives : Performance-based incentives
- Benefits : Competitive benefits package, 401(k), paid time off, professional development opportunities, etc.
- Work Environment : Fully onsite, fostering a supportive and team-oriented culture
- Provide full-service account management for personal lines insurance clients, including quoting, renewing, and servicing policies.
- Handle accounts with premiums up to $15,000, with an average account size of $3,000.
- Collaborate with carriers such as AIG, Arbella, CHUBB, CNA, Hagerty, and MAPFRE to ensure optimal coverage for clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Utilize Applied EPIC software to manage client accounts and ensure accurate documentation.
- Contribute to the positive office culture and work collaboratively with a team of experienced professionals.
- Licensure : Property & Casualty (P&C) license preferred. Candidates without a license must be willing to obtain one.
- Experience : Open to candidates with varying levels of experience, including those new to the industry or transitioning from captive insurance roles.

- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
- Proficiency in using Applied EPIC software is a plus
- Work Ethic : A proactive and team-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
